Dax Roep brings more than two decades of experience across residential, development, and commercial property, with a career spanning the Gold Coast and the broader South East Queensland market.

Beginning in real estate in the mid-1990s, Dax built his early reputation in prestige residential sales before moving deeper into development sites, land opportunities, and project-based transactions. Over the course of his career, including more than a decade operating at director level, he has developed extensive relationships with private developers, institutional groups, and long-standing industry partners both locally and nationally.
