Jay Lancaster

Jay Lancaster works with business owners, tenants, and landlords across the Gold Coast commercial market, with a focus on leasing strategy and the spaces that sit at the centre of how a business operates.

His path into commercial property runs through sales and marketing in several forms. Jay began in real estate in 2008 across residential sales and project marketing on the Southern Gold Coast and Tweed, before spending over a decade in the marine industry, including luxury yacht sales, founding his own brokerage, and serving as CEO of a major adventure boating company.

What carries through every chapter is the way Jay works with clients. Negotiation, business strategy, and a genuine customer-first approach are the foundations of his operation, and the reputation he has built as a professional, responsive partner who consistently goes further than expected is the same one he brings to every leasing engagement at TIDAL Property.

Born and raised on the southern end of the Gold Coast, Jay is a surfer, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and a former superyacht captain. Outside of work, he’s most often found in the water, on a boat, or with his family.
