Ryan Hipwood is a lifelong local to the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales, bringing a background that spans construction, development, and real estate.

Before entering real estate, Ryan spent over 15 years working as a carpenter while being closely involved in his family’s commercial property development business. Spanning three generations of builders and developers on the Gold Coast, this legacy instilled in him a practical understanding of how assets are conceived, built, costed, and positioned, grounded in deep local expertise and industry knowledge.

Earlier in life, Ryan competed as a professional big wave surfer, an environment that demands composure, discipline, and consistency under pressure. These qualities, and a deep connection to the coast, shaped a natural progression into property and continue to inform his approach today.
